Rod Buchanan
Hailing from Glasgow, Rod trained in NYC as a professional dancer and spent several years performing in London’s West End productions and touring the globe with artists such as Kylie Minogue.
Following a devastating brain tumour diagnosis, Rod was finally given the all-clear in 2002, by which point he had immersed himself in the fitness industry and developed a passion for Barre, training the likes of Jourdan Dunn, Millie Mackintosh and creating a Barre programme for London fitness studio, Psycle.
During lockdown, Rod decided to use his skillset to his advantage and start teaching classes from his home, not only to improve his own mental health, but to boost the mental and physical health of others.
